Healthy Recipes: Tangy Broccoli

Diet-structure in the near future might reduce to intake of pills and food supplements. One must understand that healthy cooking is not always tedious or cumbersome. Prepare this broccoli dipped in tangy lemon sauce and garlic and you are all set for another health trip!



Key Ingredients: 3 tablespoons of lemon extract, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 500-600 grams of broccoli (steamed), 2 whole garlic cloves (peeled and chopped), salt as per taste


Sauté the chopped garlic in olive oil for 5 minutes. Now, throw the tender broccoli florets in it along with lemon extract and salt. Stir and serve hot! Now, how tough was that?
