The gallbladder is an important part of your digestive system which acts as a bridge between your liver and small intestine. The gallbladder is a small sac (which is under the liver) that stores the bile produced by the liver. Your gallbladder is just the size of a small pear. For your better health, a healthy gallbladder is very important.

Many times, due to misalignment (or other reasons), small different sized crystals form in the gallbladder, which can form gallstones. Gallstones can sometimes cause you a lot of trouble. Usually, unbearable stomach and back pain, nausea or swelling. Sometimes it is cured by drugs and on the other, surgery is required.

Baked Foods


If you want to avoid gallbladder problems then you should avoid baked foods. Avoid consumption of muffins, cookies, cupcakes and other baked foods (as they can be harmful to you). Due to higher amounts of saturated and trans fats. The inability to properly process fat in the gallbladder can cause pain and discomfort. If you are suffering from gallstones, choose low-fat foods.
