Honey is known for improving oxygen levels and it has great importance in Ayurveda, as it contains anti-bacterial properties. By consuming it, your lungs become stronger. Apart from that, you can drink honey by adding it to warm lemon water in the morning to remove the toxins from the body. And, honey can also be added to make up a decoction.
Turmeric is a yellow spice that is commonly found in Indian households. It is golden yellow in colour because of a compound called curcumin.
