Shedding light on why exercising is crucial for one’s well being, Akshar said, “Exercise acts as nourishment for the body and when you exercise everyday it is like providing food for your body.”
Furthermore, he said, “Just like food that you consume, the effects of exercise will then continue to work for you through the rest of the day. Eat on time and get enough sleep so you can have plenty of rest and rejuvenation after exercising.”
Adding further, he said, “If you are someone who may not be able to workout alone then join a community that is supportive and positive in your exercise journey. It is also crucial to remember to set realistic targets in order to achieve your ultimate goal with due process. It takes drops of water to form an ocean and in the same manner daily and consistent exercise will eventually lead you to your objective.”
