You must avoid coffee right before bedtime because it activates affects our body and may keep you awake. Following are it’s effects-
- Increases blood pressure and heart rate.
- Stimulates our central nervous system.
- Causes dehydration.
- Decreases blood flow to skin and internal organs of the body.
- Rise in adrenaline level and prompts adrenaline hormones.
So, replace coffee with grain-based hot beverages.
