Bad beverage for your sleep: Coffee

You must avoid coffee right before bedtime because it activates affects our body and may keep you awake. Following are it’s effects- Increases blood pressure and heart rate. Stimulates our central nervous system. Causes dehydration. Decreases blood flow to skin and internal organs of the body. Rise in adrenaline level and prompts adrenaline hormones. So, replace coffee with grain-based hot beverages.
