Bad beverage for your sleep: Coffee

You must avoid coffee right before bedtime because it activates affects our body and may keep you awake. Following are it’s effects-

  • Increases blood pressure and heart rate.
  • Stimulates our central nervous system.
  • Causes dehydration.
  • Decreases blood flow to skin and internal organs of the body.
  • Rise in adrenaline level and prompts adrenaline hormones.

So, replace coffee with grain-based hot beverages.
