Key Ingredients: 2 teaspoons each of baking soda and baking powder, ½ teaspoon of iodised salt, 1 cup buttermilk, 1 1/3 cup ready-to-eat oats, 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, ¼ cup of peaches (finely chopped), 2 eggs (remove the yolk of one of the eggs), 1 1/3 cup of flour, 2 sticks of cinnamon (grounded), ¾ cups of chopped pecans, ¼ cup of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of molasses’ extract, 1 tablespoon of refined oil
Blend all the ingredients well in the blender until it turns into a smooth paste. Then, grease the muffin moulds with slight amount of oil and pour the batter proportionately into 12 of them. Bake it at 180 °C for 20 minutes. Serve hot muffins with chocolate sauce and a cup of cappuccino!
