How to Get Stronger Thicker Hair

Some people are born with beautiful, thick and long hair but the others need to find the secret to healthy and good looking hair. Beautiful hair adds a glow to woman’s beauty.


To get stronger and thicker hair, a good and proper hair care regime should be followed. Proper diet, regular piling and proper supplements help you to maintain healthy and thick strands. Here are a few tips which will help you to get gorgeous looking hair:


Eating right


The number one tip to get stronger, thicker is to improve your eating habits. Healthy eating leads to healthier hair. To keep your hair healthy, make sure that your diet contains plenty of protein, iron, omega-3 fatty acids, zinc, and vitamin A, all crucial for scalp health and keeping hair shiny. Conditioning

Avoid too much brushing

Avoid too many washes

Wash your hair every few days but do not overdo it. Washing hair too often pulls the strands, damages the scalp and takes out all the natural oils from your hair that are essential for growing longer, thicker hair.



Shampoos for thicker hair


Go for sulfate free shampoo for washing your hair. They often contain less harsh detergents, or none at all, hence help to preserve hair's natural oils.


Avoid Drying


Avoid over drying your hair, let it dry by itself. If using a blow dryer on your hair, keep the temperature cool. Avoid heating instruments as they cause damage to your hair. The best tools to prevent heat damage are ionic dryers and ceramic irons with uniformly heated plates.

    prefer herbal shampoo,,,like ayur... i mostly massage my hair with olive oil...quite effective... also try applying henna on your hair along with beetroot juice mixed in it... work wonders... once a month is enough....

    Hi, Quite a nice tip! I do agree that eating right is must when it comes to the hair care. Plus the right shampoo is also must. I lately bought this HairX Anti-Ageing Shampoo and it's treating me well as of now. My advice is buy the shapoo that suits you.
