Have your mundane yoghurt in an interesting way! After all, healthy eating is an experience in itself.


Key Ingredients: 2 teaspoons of molasses, 2 drops of vanilla extract, 2 cups of frozen yoghurt


Muddle the ingredients well and serve. To make it more fun, you can throw in some ripe strawberries!
