Healthy Banana Bread Recipe

Feel the bubbling energy on your breakfast table this morning. Feast on this sumptuous banana bread and feel nourished and wholesome like never before!

 

Key Ingredients: 2 large eggs (beaten), 1 ½ cups of flour, 1 cup of powdered sugar, 1 ½ teaspoon of baking soda, 3 large bananas (smoothly mashed), a pinch of salt, ¼ cup of melted margarine

 

Preheat the oven to 185 °C. Then, mix all the ingredients into a smooth batter. Check for lumps.  Grease the loaf pan with margarine. Pour the batter in the greased pan and bake it in 200 °C for an hour. Wait till the dish puffs up from the top and turns light brown! Serve with dollops of cream or honey. To make it more fun, you can also add chopped cashew in the batter before baking it.
