Dark circles can be a constant botheration for some. Lack of sleep and excess stressful condition are said to be most common causes for dark circles.

- Dip cotton pads in cucumber juice and place on your eyes for 15 minutes. It will not only help in removing dark circles but will also provide cooling effect to your eyes. Also, you can apply peeled and grated potato for overnight for at least three weeks.
- Apply paste of lime juice mixed with tomato puree. Apply twice daily. Cold tea bags also help.
- Application of mint leaves under eyes is also an effective remedy. Also, you can apply rose water. It helps in reducing dark pigmentation.
- Do regular under eye massage with almond oil for 15 minutes. It is one of the best home remedies. You can massage with Vitamin E and olive oil.
- Take a well-balanced diet including green vegetables and fruits. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water. Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol. Last but not the least, good sleep is a must.
