Here is a home remedy that you can induct in your self-care routine besides practicing good habits of living. Here you need to brew a nice strong pot of black tea and then let it cool. Later you should pour the tea into a plate and soak your hands and feet for about 5 minutes. But you must make sure that you do not soak for too long. For your underarms you should get some tea on your hand and then rub, let it dry and then rub again.

Wear the Right Material

You can work fight against sweat by wearing the right type of clothes and this is the truth! Clothing that are made of natural fabrics such as cotton, wool, hemp, silk and linen have what we call a looser weave that the synthetics. Therefore, they can breathe and allows the air to pass through to your skin. Also, these fabrics are made of such fibers that they absorb moisture well and also prevent bacteria from feeding on your sweat which causes the stink. So avoid synthetic fabrics, nylon, rayon and polyester.

In the end you must remember that only pigs sweat, humans, we perspire. Get busy and change the sweatiness.
