According to a recent study called the Parkinson's Outcomes Project, individuals with Parkinson's who begin exercising for at least 2.5 hours a week earlier in the disease cycle see a slower decline in quality of life than those who begin later. Aerobic Exercises

Activities that involve constant, rhythmic movements that raise your heart rate over time are considered aerobic exercise, which many people simply call:cardio. Aerobic exercise can enhance various facets of motor function and contribute to overall fitness improvement. Actually, studies indicate that people with Parkinson's disease benefit most from aerobic exercise at moderate to high intensities. According to one study, doing aerobic exercise three times a week for 30 to 45 minutes "had an effect similar to that of several conventional Parkinson drugs for patients with mild symptoms.Aerobic exercise types include: walking, jogging, running, water aerobics, swimming, bike riding, stationary biking or rowing.

Strength Training

Exercises for strength training aid in the growth of muscle mass, and having strong muscles makes daily tasks easier. Strength training exercises that target one muscle group at a time and switch up the focus areas every day are generally advised by fitness experts. By giving your worked-out muscles time to rest, recover, and strengthen, you reduce your risk of injury. Examples of strength training exercises for various muscle groups include leg presses, tricep dips, kickbacks or extensions, bicep curls, standard or assisted pull-ups, squats or repeated stand-ups from a seated position on a chair, and kickbacks or extensions.

Balance Exercises 

It's particularly crucial to keep your balance if you want to lower your chance of falling. Therefore, exercises that improve mobility and balance are crucial for increasing stability in addition to strengthening muscles through strength training. One of the primary objectives of balance exercises is to prevent falls.
