According to Tj Power, a neuroscientist, people should stop the power nap and opt for the Japanese ‘Inemuri’ style of nap during hectic working schedules. In the reel posted on Instagram, TJ says that it is an effective method of recharging the brain. He advised to stop the two-hour power naps and instead go for an inemuri nap for 18-20 minutes as it reduces brain fog and increases motivation. People often suffer from brain fog, a state of confusion, forgetfulness, and lack of focus. It is often caused by several factors, including poor sleep.
