Water helps flush toxins, boosts skin glow, regulates temperature, and aids digestion. Yet, most women forget to drink enough throughout the day. Aim for two to three litres daily, more if you’re active. Herbal teas and infused water can make hydration more exciting without added sugar.
4. Move Your Body Daily
Exercise is your lifelong health partner. Whether it’s yoga, strength training, dancing, or a brisk walk, consistency matters more than intensity. Studies highlight that physical activity improves heart health, bone density, mental clarity, and hormonal balance. According to experts, a minimum of 150 minutes of moderate-intensity activity a week, and two strength training days is enough.
5. Manage Sleep and Stress Management
