In honour of International Yoga Day, a day dedicated to promoting health and wellness through the practice of yoga, OnlyMyHealth and Sehat Club announces the "Heal with Yoga" event, a transformative virtual experience that will be held on Facebook Live. This event aims to bring together individuals from around the world to celebrate the power of yoga in rejuvenating the mind, body, and spirit.

"Heal with Yoga" is a unique initiative that offers participants the opportunity to connect with experienced yoga instructors and learn from their wisdom and expertise. Through a series of guided yoga sessions, participants will have the chance to explore various yoga techniques, breathing exercises, and meditation practices that promote relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being.

The event has been divided in three sessions each focusing on a beginners guide to yoga, the science behind yoga and breathing exercises. On the panel we have Rahul Raj (National Yoga Player), BK Radha (Brahmkumari), and Vikas Bodani (Pranayama Instructor).
Yoga has been practised for centuries and is known for its numerous health benefits. It not only helps in improving flexibility, strength, and balance but also calms the mind, enhances mindfulness, and fosters inner peace. This event aims to promote the practice of yoga and its positive impact on both physical and mental well-being.
