Studies suggest that pine nuts have a unique fatty acid known as the pinolenic acid that helps in reducing appetite signals in the body.


We are sure this did not surprise you at all? Right? Oats are touted to keep you full for longer and they are also effective in squelching the desire to eat between the meals. Besides, oats can help you amplify body’s levels of the craving regulating hormone known as cholecystokinin that helps control or reduces hunger in some people.


You can also curb your appetite by eating an apple. The fruit contains ample amount of fiber that keeps you feeling full. Besides, this miracle food also contains pectin, which is known to prevent the rise in blood sugar levels that incite hunger.

Green Leafy Vegetables 

Nothing could beat green leafy vegetables when it comes to suppressing appetite, as they are not only nutritious but also keep you full for long hours. So, if you are looking forward to suppressing your appetite, you should include more green leafy vegetables in your meals.
