Ingredients
Take one boiled small beetroot, 12-16 blackberries, 5-6 strawberries, 10-12 gooseberries, 12-16 blueberries, and 8-10 walnuts.
What Else Do You Need?
Take 25 coconut cream, 16-20 fresh mint leaves, one-fourth cup yoghurt, and one milk.
Boil Beetroot
Take a saucepan, add chopped beetroot in it, and boil until soft. Once the beetroot is soft, take it out and let it cool.
Blend
Once the beetroot has cooled, blend it with blackberries, strawberries, gooseberries, blueberries, walnuts, coconut cream, mint leaves, milk, and yoghurt until smooth.
Garnish and Serve
Once the smoothie is blended, pour it into serving glasses, garnish with chopped strawberries, and serve!
