You can have one meal for dinner. It should be light and simple, (which gives you about 300 calories). Include 4-6 ounces of lean protein, steamed veggies or raw veggies for dinner. You can drink eight glasses of no-calorie coffee, tea, water, or other beverages daily. Alcohol, sweets, fruits, dairy, or other foods are to be avoided.
So you get about 500 calories from cookies each day and 300 calories from diner. Remember to make your dinner light and with "sensible foods."
