They are versatile and easy to cook which gives us all the way more reason to incorporate them in our everyday breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Breakfast breaks the overnight fasting. It replenishes your supply of glucose to boost your energy levels and alertness in a person while also providing other essential nutrients which are required for good health. This is why it is said to never skip breakfast and drink water first thing in the morning.

Eggs are a nutrition packed food. It is a rich source of Vitamin A, B5, B12, and B2. These vitamins are necessary to be aded to a person's daily diet to satisfy the everyday requirement of vitamins. Eggs are also rich in selenium which is a cancer-fighting antioxidant and phosphorus which helps in aiding healthy bones and teeth. Eggs are high in calcium content also which in turn makes the bones stay strong and zinc to better the immune system.

2. Increases good cholesterol

Eggs raise the cholesterol levels and that's true. However, these are known as good cholesterol or HCL. A higher level of HDL helps in lowering the risk of stroke and heart disease in a person. The human liver produces cholesterol everyday however, when someone eats an egg the liver simply produces less. Therefore, everything evens out. Contrary to the popular belief, eggs don’t raise cholesterol in the blood of most people. Albeit, saturated fats from processed foods do. And so does too much red meat.

3. Reduces the risk of heart diseases

Although eggs are very beneficial, it is suggested that one eats egg in moderation. We are versed that excess of everything is bad and just like everything else, if you eat an overabundance of eggs every day,  your heart may suffer. But eggs do contain heart-healthy and heart disease-preventing nutrients extensively. Folate, unsaturated fatty acids, Vitamin E, and some B Vitamins are found in eggs which cater to a better put heart disease at bay which in turn prevents severe heart ailments.

Eggs are a rich source of vitamin A. This vitamin is essential to eye health. Vitamin A deficiency is the most common cause of blindness and poor eyesight in children. On the other hand, eggs also contain zeaxanthin and lutein which helps in reducing the risk of macular degeneration and even cataracts. An egg yolk per day can significantly increase both of these nutrients in the blood which helps in far more ways than one can imagine.

A person may incorporate eggs in their breakfast in many forms; boiled, fried, half fried and even omelette. They are easy to cook, cheap yet wholesome and nutritious food.
