To know if your moles are cancer causing remember ABCDE of moles:
- A-Asymmetry: One half of the mole does not match with the other
- B-Border: The border or edges of the moles are ragged, blurred, or irregular
- C-Colour: Change in the colour of moles is not same throughout or has shades of tan, brown, black, blue, white or red
- D-Diameter: The diameter of a mole is larger than the pencil eraser
- E-Evolution: The mole ids changing in size, shape or colour
Urinating problems majorly occurs in older men. If you are facing problems with urinate or maintaining urine flow, you may have urinary hesitancy. When the prostate is enlarged, it can press on the tube that carries urine from the bladder. This can make it hard to pass urine, which can be a sign of prostate disease, including cancer.
Other problems include burning or pain when you pass urine and frequently waking up in night to pee. If you have any of these issues, see your doctor.
