What are the signs of an unhealthy heart

Pain in the chest, shoulders, and arms after exercising or food, are some of the signs of an unhealthy heart; although pain can happen anytime, literally anywhere in the upper body. Inappropriateness of breath after minimal activity or at rest, swelling in dependent body parts or the feet may also hint towards a heart disease.

  • Racing of the heart or palpitations
  • Volatile blood pressure
  • Decreasing exercise tolerance
