Spinach

More known as a super-carotenoid source, spinach also contains lutein (an antioxidant), to guard against cancer development. Zeaxanthin and carotenoids helps to remove free radicals from your body before they inflict any damage. Carotenoids in spinach are linked to reduction of ovarian, endometrial, lung and colorectal cancer.

Strawberries Shake

Strawberry shakes and black raspberry smoothies are known to prevent colon cancer cells from multiplying. It contains ellagic acid, which has anti-cancer properties that stimulate enzymes, which destroy cancercausing substances and limits the growth of tumours. The clinical studies conducted by World Cancer Research Fund and the American Institute for Cancer Research have linked flavonoids in strawberries to prevention of cancers of the mouth, esophagus, and stomach.
