Spiced Milk Recipe

Lose weight the healthy way. Welcome the oriental mist in this glass of soothing milk and enrich your senses!

 

Key Ingredients: 2 ½ cups of skimmed milk, 1 cup of water, 3-4 ice cubes crushed finely, 20 almonds pieces, 1 ½ teaspoon of poppy seeds, 2 teaspoons of saunf, 2 teaspoons of cumin seeds, pinch of mustard seeds, 5 green cardamom, 20 granules of whole black pepper, 2 teaspoons of cumin powder, 4 tablets of saccharine

 

Grind all the spices in the grinder. Next, turn the almonds into a smooth paste and muddle it well with the ground spices. Add water and milk to it and mix well till it turns frothy. Strain the mix and stir in the saccharine tablets in it. Add the crushed ice and serve!
