Drink as much water as you can: Drinking a lot of water can also help in replenishing your system and promoting weight loss. Finally, getting adequate sleep can also help in losing weight.

Rest well: Sleep deprivation induces hunger which results in overeating. That is why it is advisable to sleep for at least 8 hours in a day.

Meal planning: Make notes of what you eat during the day in a notebook. Review how much you eat on a daily or weekly basis. Pick out the healthy food choices you made in the duration. Stick to only those whenever the craving for food arises in the future.

Regular meals: Do not skip your breakfast if you want to lose weight. The ideal breakfast is one which has a lot of complex carbohydrates and green leafy vegetables. Oatmeal is a good example.
