Ingredients
One cup of vegetable broth, four cups of water, two tablespoons of ragi flour, one tablespoon of red chilli powder, one tablespoon of ghee, one bay leaf, four garlic cloves, half an inch of ginger, two and a half cups of water, and salt according to taste.
Saute ginger and garlic
Take a pan and add ghee with ginger and garlic. Saute them until they are soft and release flavours.
Add vegetables
Now, add chopped onions, carrots, spinach, beans, cabbage, peas, and sweet corn. Stir fry and saute with ginger garlic for five minutes.
Add water
Now, add four cups of water to this and season with salt and pepper. Stir it well to combine everything.
Add ragi slurry
Combine ragi flour with water and add it to the soup. Bring the soup to a boil and simmer for five minutes.
Garnish
Garnish the soup with corns, coriander leaves, and lemon juice. Sip it warm atleast once a day for weight loss.
