Ingredients

One cup of coconut milk, half a cup of chia seeds, one tablespoon of Greek yoghurt, one tablespoon of honey or stevia, and one scoop of protein powder.

Dry roast chia seeds

Take a pan and chia seeds. Dry roast the chia seeds on a medium flame for a few minutes. Let it cool down to room temperature.

Soak chia seeds

Take a bowl and add half a cup of chia seeds with half a cup of water. Leave it soaked for four hours or keep it overnight.

Add Greek yoghurt

Add one tablespoon of Greek yoghurt to the soaked chia seeds. It is rich in probiotics, which help improve gut health.

Add protein powder and honey

Add a tablespoon of honey and one scoop of protein powder. Stir it well to combine the ingredients.

Add coconut milk

Now, pour some coconut milk and garnish with coconut flakes for added crunch. Refrigerate it for a few hours or overnight. Eat it as a pre- or post-workout snack.
