Ingredients
One cup whole wheat flour, water, one onion, two tomatoes , one green bell pepper, one tsp turmeric powder, one tsp cumin seeds, one tsp red chilli powder, coriander leaves, salt, oil.
Take mixing bowl
In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour with water to yield a thick batter. You need to make it smooth to avoid any lumps.
Add onion
Add onions, tomatoes, capsicum, coriander, cumin, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt to the batter. Mix well.
Heat tava
Heat the tava, grease with oil, and pour a ladle full of batter. Spread the vegetables evenly with fingers or with spachula.
Cover it
You need to cover and let it cook for 3-4 minutes on medium heat. Afterwards, drizzle oil on top while cooking.
Flip and serve
Now, flip and let cook on the other side until nice and crispy golden brown. Serve hot with some chutney for a healthy breakfast.
