One small ash gourd (white pumpkin or petha), one cup of water, one tablespoon of lemon juice, a pinch of black pepper and salt, and coriander leaves.
How to make white pumpkin juice?
Take a mixer and add ash gourd, water, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and coriander leaves. Grind the juice and strain it using a sieve.
When to drink juice?
Drink this juice on an empty stomach for three months to detox your skin and body from within.
