Ingredients
Blueberry compote, one and a half cups of cream cheese, three-fourth cup of condensed milk, two cups of whipped cream, and 8-10 digestive biscuits.
Preparation
Take a bowl, add cream cheese and condensed milk to it. Beat the ingredients until they are light and fluffy.
Whipped Cream
Once the batter is light and fluffy, add whipped cream to it and mix it with light hands.
Digestive Biscuits
Take a ziplock bag, put digestive biscuits into it and crush them with a rolling pin. Crush until they form a coarse mixture.
Add All Ingredients
Take an airtight container and put some cream cheese and layer it with blueberry compote. Swirl the mixture to give a marble effect and sprinkle some biscuit crumbs.
Freeze
After arranging the ingredients properly in the container, close the lid and keep it in the freezer to freeze for at least 6-8 hours.
Serve
Once the ice cream is frozen, scoop it out and serve.
