Ingredients
Take one wood apple, 2-3 teaspoons of grated jaggery, one teaspoon red chilli powder, one teaspoon cumin seeds, and salt as per taste.
Preparation
Take a wood apple (bael), break it open and scoop out the flesh in it. Place the flesh in a mortar.
Other Ingredients
Add salt, cumin seeds, and red chilli powder in the mortar along with wood apple flesh. Mix using a pestle until well combined.
Jaggery
Once combined, add jaggery and a little bit of water in it and mix again until you achieve a chutney like consistency.
Serve
Once you achieve a chutney (sauce) like consistency, serve it with roti, paratha, or rice.
