Plucking out grey hair doesn't increase the possibility of more grey hair sprouting up. In fact it is only a myth and can be dismissed at that very point. However, this doesn't mean you pluck every grey hair because it damages hair roots and might cause an infection too.

Question:  I have a lot of grey hair?  Should I pluck them out?  Will doing this sprout more grey hair?

No plucking out grey hair does not increase their numbers. And plucking hair is not a good habit anyway. It damages the roots and may result in infection of the scalp-leading to maybe more graying or even hair loss!
