Child’s Pose
Kneel down and keep your spine straight. Open your knees as wide as hips and bring your torso in between the thighs while extending your arms straight on the floor.

Sit with your spine straight, left leg extended on the floor, and right leg bent with sole on the floor. Twist to the right side while keeping the left hand on the right leg.
