Ingredients
To make protein ladoo, you need one cup of roasted chickpea flour, half a cup of almond flour, one-fourth cup of dried coconut, one-fourth cup of crushed nuts, two tablespoons of chia seeds or flaxseeds, one-fourth cup of powdered jaggery and half a teaspoon of cardamom powder.
Roast the flour
Take a pan and add chickpea and almond flour to it. Roast both the flour, until it turns dark brown and soft.
Prepare the mixture
Combine jaggery and cardamom powder with flour and mix it evenly. Also, add coconut, chia seeds and crushed nuts and roast for one minute.
Shape ladoos
Grease your hands with ghee and take small parts of the ladoo mixture. Shape the portions into small balls and set them aside.
Chill and serve
Place the ladoos on a plate and refrigerate for at least 20-30 minutes to set. This will help them firm up. After, enjoy the delicious ladoos.
