Knee Bends

Lie on your back on a yoga mat with your legs straight. Move one knee towards the chest, then return to the starting position. Repeat with the other leg too.

Calf Stretch

Sit on the floor or yoga mat, stretch the legs out, then lift your toes towards you while bending your ankle. Hold the position for three seconds.

Heel And Toe Raises

Sit down and straighten your legs in front of you. Then slowly lift your heels for three seconds. Now, repeat the exercise, but this time with toes.

Leg Stands

Stand straight, lift one leg while putting all the body weight on the other leg. Hold the position for 10 seconds. Do the same with the other leg.

Squats

Stand with feet hip-width apart, lower your body while keeping your back straight. Shift your body weight on heels while extending your hips backward.

Ankle Rotation

Sit straight with both feet on the floor. Lift one foot and rotate your ankle both clockwise and anti-clockwise. Repeat with another foot.

Foam Roller Stretch

Sit on the ground and put a foam roller under your ankles and roll it under your calves or put the foam under your thighs and roll it under hamstrings.
