INGREDIENTS
Gather Fenugreek seeds (2 tablespoons), 2-3 tablespoons of plain yoghurt or water, Honey (1 tablespoon, optional)
SOAK THE SEEDS
Soak the fenugreek seeds overnight in water to render them soft and easy to blend into a paste.

Soak the fenugreek seeds for 10 minutes. Grind them with a blender or mortar and pestle, gradually adding yoghurt or water to suit your taste in consistency.
ADD HONEY (OPTIONAL)
For extra skin nourishment, add honey to the fenugreek paste and mix well.
APPLY ON CLEAN FACE
Wash your face and pat it dry. Spread the fenugreek paste evenly over your face, especially on pigmented spots.

RINSE OFF THOROUGHLY
Rinse off the face pack after a few minutes with lukewarm water. Use soft circular motions to ensure thorough removal.
MOISTURISE AFTERWARD
Moisturise lightly post-treatment to keep skin well hydrated and nourished.
REPEAT REGULARLY
Use this fenugreek face pack 2-3 times a week to help fade pigmentation and improve skin tone.
