Ingredients
Half watermelon, 7-10 mint leaves, one tsp honey, half lemon juice, two tbsp gond katira, black salt to taste, half tsp cumin powder, half tsp chaat masala.
Prepare Gond Katira
Gond katira has to be soaked in water for not least 2-3 hours till it swells and softens. Drain off excess water.
Blend the Watermelon
After that, cut the watermelon into cubes and blend to obtain a smooth juice. Strain if desired.
Mix the Ingredients
In a jug, add watermelon juice, mint leaves, honey, lemon juice, black salt, cumin powder, and chaat masala, and mix them well.
Add Gond Katira and Serve
Add the soaked gond katira to the mixture and stir. Serve chilled along with ice cubes. for a refreshing treat.
