Morning ritual
The actress starts her day with a glass of warm water and honey. This is then followed by fruits like apples, berries, and seasonal fruits.
Lunch
For her lunch and dinner, Kiara likes to have bhindi, ragi roti, daal, vegetables and any paneer-based dish.
Dinner
For her dinner, she likes to have her favourite salmon with a lot of cooked vegetables. She also likes to have sugar-free dark chocolate to satisfy her cravings.
Zucchini salad
Kiara believes in clean eating and likes eating zucchini salad. She shared a plate full of veggies, tomatoes, zucchini, lettuce, cucumber and pomegranate.
Proper hydration
