Ingredients
One cup of bajra flour, a teaspoon of olive oil, salt to taste, pizza sauce, chopped vegetables (capsicum, onion, tomato), grated mozzarella cheese, chilli flakes, oregano.
Prepare dough
In a bowl combine the bajra flour, salt, and olive oil. Gradually add warm water and knead a soft dough out of it. Cover it with a damp cloth and rest it for 10-15 minutes.
Roll the base
Divide the dough into equal parts. Fatten each part into a thick circle using a rolling pin. Keep the edges a little thick.
Cook the base
Cook the base Dry cook the base on a pan from both sides until firm and crispy. This will prevent sogginess.
Add toppings
Now, spread pizza sauce and add chopped capsicum, onion and tomato. Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes and top it off with grated cheese.
Cook pizza
Now, cook the pizza on pan. Cover the pizza and cook it until the cheese is melted. You can also bake it at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
