Store-bought Mayonnaise has too many calories, preservatives and is quite unhealthy. Try this eggless mayonnaise at home, made with cashews. Tap to read the easy recipe.

Ingredients

One-fourth cup of cashews, 30 grams of paneer, one garlic clove, half a tablespoon of lemon juice, half a teaspoon of black pepper, salt to taste, three-fourth cup of milk, and a teaspoon of honey.

Soak cashews

Soak some cashews in a bowl overnight. Drain the water from the cashews. For instance, you can also boil cashews in water until they soften.

Blend cashews

Wash the cashews with cold water and add them to a blender. Blend it cashews for 1-2 minutes into a smooth paste.

Blend ingredients

Now, add paneer, garlic clove, lemon juice, honey, black pepper, salt and milk. Blend it until smooth and creamy.

Store

Now, transfer the healthy homemade mayonnaise into a glass container. Refrigerate and store it for two months.

Serve

Sprinkle some dried herbs on top and spread it on your sandwiches. Serve it as a dip with nachos, chips or fries.
