Ingredients
400 ml of water, 200 grams of dried chickpeas, a teaspoon of garlic powder, a teaspoon of ground cumin, one-fourth teaspoon of pepper, one-fourth teaspoon of salt, and a teaspoon of turmeric powder.
Prepare chickpeas

Strain and boil the mixture
Strain the mixture using a mesh sieve and pour this mixture into a pan. Boil the mixture until it starts to thicken.
Add spices
Now, add ground cumin seeds, pepper, salt, turmeric powder and crushed garlic cloves. Stir it well to combine.
Cool and set
Let the mixture cool down to room temperature and leave it idle overnight to set. Once it is set, garnish with cilantro and cut into small squares.
