Turmeric face wash
Mix a teaspoon of turmeric powder with milk. Use this as a cleansing milk to gently cleanse your face.
Turmeric face mask
Combine half a tablespoon of turmeric powder with one tablespoon of yoghurt and a teaspoon of honey. Apply this to your face for 15-20 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.
Turmeric face scrub
Combine turmeric powder with gram flour (besan) and two tablespoons of milk. Scrub your face gently to remove dead skin cells and improve skin texture.
Turmeric spot treatment
Mix a teaspoon of turmeric powder with aloe vera gel and water. Apply this using a cotton swab on the acne spot to reduce redness and inflammation.
Turmeric bath soak
Add two tablespoons of turmeric with Epsom salt and a few drops of essential oils. Soak in this for 15-20 minutes to gently cleanse and detoxify the skin.
Turmeric toner
Mix one tablespoon of turmeric, aloe vera gel, green tea, and water. Transfer this into a spray bottle and use it to soothe skin.
Turmeric lip treatment
