Lemon water with a pinch of turmeric
Combine fresh lemon juice with warm water, and add a pinch of turmeric. Mix it well. You can drink this on an empty stomach. It will help you to detoxify your kidney and liver.
Jeera (cumin) water
Take overnight soaked one tsp of cumin seeds. Extract the water and drink cumin water on an empty stomach. It helps in detoxification by promoting urine and increasing bile juice.
