Ingredients
One cup of chopped okra, half a cup yogurt, chopped coriander leaves, one-fourth cup grated coconut, one tablespoon of lemon juice, teaspoon mustard seeds, half a teaspoon, half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, a teaspoon cumin seeds, salt, to taste, 2-3 dried red chillies, and two tablespoons oil.
Slice okra
Start by thoroughly washing okra and chop it into small pieces. Place the chopped okra on a tissue and dry its water.
Saute okra
Heat oil in pan and add curry leaves, mustard seeds, and green chillies. Stir fry bhindi until soft and crispy.
Prepare coconut paste
Take a blender and add grated coconut, mustard seeds, green chillies, and water. Blend it into a smooth paste.
Combine everything
Whisk the curd until it is smooth and creamy; combine it with the coconut paste. Whisk it well and add fried okra to this.
Prepare tempering
Heat a teaspoon of oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and dried red chillies. Cook it until it starts to sputter.
Garnish and serve
Add the prepared tempering to the curd. Whisk it well; serve it with rice and chapati on the side.
