Ingredients

Cut cucumbers and onions
Take one cucumber and slice it thin without removing the peels. Now, peel and slice one, medium-sized onion.
Add garlic and coriander leaves
Now, add grated garlic and finely chopped coriander leaves to the cucumber. This will enhance the flavour.
Prepare dressing
Take a small bowl and add roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder, and chilly flakes. Mix this well and add to the salad.
Add curd
Now, add half a cup of curd to the salad. This will enhance the tanginess and boost gut health.
Shake and serve
