Ingredients
2-4 eggs, one chopped onion and tomato, 1-2 green chillies, two teaspoons ginger-garlic paste, one-fourth turmeric powder, half a teaspoon red chili powder, a teaspoon of garam masala, half a teaspoon of cumin seeds, two tablespoons of oil, salt to taste, and chopped Coriander leaves.
Beat eggs
Crack open the eggs and beat them nicely in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and set it aside.
Saute Ingredients
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, onions, green chilli and ginger garlic paste. Saute it until onions are golden brown.
Add spices
Now, add tomatoes, garam masala and red chilli powder to this. Cook it until tomatoes are soft and mushy.
Pour eggs
Now, pour the beaten eggs in the pan and scramble it gently over low flame. Cook them until soft.
Garnish and serve
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves on top. Pair it with a roti or multi grain bread on the side.
