10-Minute High Protein Paneer Chaat Recipe For Weight Loss

Ingredients

250 grams of paneer, one small onion, one small tomato, half a cucumber, half a cup of yoghurt, half a tablespoon of coriander leaves, 2-3 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds, two tablespoons of roasted peanuts, one tablespoon of lemon juice, one teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of black pepper, a teaspoon of cumin powder, and a teaspoon of chaat masala.

Marinate the paneer

Cut the paneer into small cubes and add it to a mixing bowl. Now, add yoghurt, cumin powder, lemon juice and salt. Coat paneer cubes and marinate them for 5-7 minutes.

Prepare the vegetables

Thoroughly wash all the vegetables. Peel the onion, tomato and cucumber and chop them into small cubes.

Assemble the chaat

Take a salad bowl and add chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, lemon juice, chaat masala, salt and marinated paneer. Toss it well to mix everything.

Garnish and serve

Garnish the chaat with roasted peanuts, pomegranate seeds, and chopped coriander leaves on top. Enjoy this guilt-free snack. You can also add boiled corn to this.
