Ingredients
Two tbsp of your favourite moisture-rich oats, one tbsp of plain yoghurt, one tsp of honey (for antibacterial and moisturising benefits), and a few drops of rose water (optional, for added glow and freshness).
Prepare the Oats
Grind oats into fine powder using a blender or food processor so that the exfoliant is gentle on the skin.
Mix the Ingredients
In a small bowl, combine ground oats, yoghurt, honey, and rose water. Stir until smooth and spreadable.
Apply and Massage
