Ingredients
Take one-fourth cup coconut oil for sensitive or dry skin, or jojoba/grapeseed oil for oily and acne prone skin, and two or more teaspoons of powdered zinc oxide.
What Else Do You Need?
One-fourth cup of pure aloe vera gel, 25% of walnut extract oil for scent, beeswax, and one cup shea butter.
Add
Take a medium saucepan, add all the ingredients in it except aloe vera gel and zinc oxide.
Heat
After adding all the ingredients in the saucepan, heat them on a medium flame and let shea butter and oils melt together properly.
Cool
Once all the ingredients are melted and mixed together completely, let it cool for a few minutes. Once cooled, stir in the aloe vera gel.
Zinc Oxide
After adding the aloe vera gel, let the mixture cool completely. Once cooled, mix zinc oxide properly and add beeswax for sticky consistency.
Store
You can store this homemade sunscreen in a glass jar and keep it in a cool, dry place when not in use.
