Ingredients
One cup of jaggery, half a cup of white sesame seeds, half a cup of black sesame seeds, half a cup of water, one tablespoon of ghee, half a cup of crushed peanuts, and half a teaspoon of cardamom powder.
Roast sesame seeds
Take a pan and add sesame seeds to it. Dry roast the sesame seeds for 3-4 minutes on a low flame until they are golden brown.
Melt jaggery
Take the same pan and add jaggery with water and ghee. Cook the jaggery on a low flame until it is completely melted.
Add sesame seeds
Now, add the roasted sesame seeds , peanuts, and cardamom powder to the jaggery solution. Stir it well to combine all the ingredients.
Shape ladoo
Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool down to room temperature. Grease your palms with ghee and roll small balls of ladoos.
Garnish and store
Garnish the ladoos with chopped dry fruits on top and let them set completely. Store them in an airtight container.
