Ingredients
One shot of espresso, one tablespoon of mascarpone, one tablespoon of sugar, half a cup of milk, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, cocoa powder and ice cubes.
Combine ingredients
Take a bowl and add mascarpone, sugar and vanilla extract. Combine until smooth and creamy to create a base layer.
Prepare the coffee layer
Add two cups of water to a pan with black tea and ground coffee. Brew the coffee on a low flame for 30 minutes.
Froth and add milk
Froth the milk until creamy and pour it over the mascarpone and coffee layer. Dust some coffee powder on top.
Refrigerate
Add the ice cubes and decorate with the ladyfingers. Refrigerate the coffee for 10 minutes and enjoy it chilled.
